Professional wedding day coverage includes refined portraits and meaningful, unscripted moments—from individual and couple portraits to ceremony, candid storytelling, and after-party coverage when applicable.
Coverage also includes a pre-wedding consultation, a sneak peek preview, professional post-production, and delivery through a private online gallery

What equipment do you use for wedding photography？

I work with a professional dual-camera system, including the Canon R5 and the Fujifilm GFX100S medium format camera, paired with professional zoom and fast prime lens，and Profoto professional lighting.
This setup allows me to work efficiently in fast-changing wedding environments while maintaining refined image quality, exceptional detail, and a consistent, film-inspired aesthetic.

When will we receive our photos？

Accepted Answer

-A sneak peek of approximately 10 photographer-selected preview images is delivered within 24–48 hours.
-Color-corrected high-resolution images are delivered within 10 days via Google Drive. 
-Professional retouched images are delivered through a private online gallery within10 days after final selections are submitted.
-Film photography deliverables are completed within approximately 20 days, and albums and framed artwork within approximately 30 days after final image approval.

How long will my photos be available, and how are they stored？

Accepted Answer

Your final images are delivered through a private online gallery that remains active for two years from the delivery date. While I maintain long-term archives of both original and edited files, clients are strongly encouraged to download and back up their images promptly.

Do you offer wedding albums？

Accepted Answer

Yes. Fine-art albums are offered as an optional add-on.
I offer handcrafted fine-art albums produced with museum-quality giclée printing. Each album includes a custom cover, personalized debossing or foil stamping, and a designed title or end page—creating a refined, heirloom-quality piece meant to be experienced beyond the screen.

Do you work with second photographers？

Accepted Answer

Yes. I work with a trusted professional second photographer. For weddings with over 100 guests or timelines exceeding six hours, a second photographer is highly recommended to ensure important moments are captured from multiple perspectives.

Will our venue require you to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI)？

Accepted Answer

Some venues require photographers to provide a Certificate of Insurance. If your venue requires a COI, I am happy to provide it. Please notify me at least 14 days in advance and provide the venue’s insurance contact information for direct delivery.

What is your payment structure？

Accepted Answer

A 30% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your wedding date and is transferable to a rescheduled date, subject to availability. The remaining balance is due on the wedding day.
Accepted payment methods include Zelle, Venmo, check, and cash. Credit card payments are available with a 2% processing fee.
